Mental Health at Work

Why do we need help with our mental health at Work? In the UK a staggering 70 million work
days are lost each year due to mental health problems, costing employers £33-£42 billion. By 2013 there were 8.2 million people in the UK diagnosed with General Anxiety Disorder.
As a society, we don’t tend to know how to take care of our mental health as well as we do our physical health, and stigma also still exists around this area.
At Learning First we can help you provide mental health support for your organisation.
